Where can i farm trillium ore

I have routes I take and the dread wastes route is exactly the route I take. I usually farm ores between 11pm and 2am server time since there is a lot less traffic going on. I have noticed that after clearing an entire area and getting few nodes then coming back a few hours later there is significantly more trillium nodes.

My theory is that its like farming fishing pools, the more trillium mined and the more ghost iron not mined leads to an imbalance on an already rare spawn node. Thus my advice… mine, mine, mine and when that fails… mine some more. I do mine everything though as I make rounds.

I get a few from planting at Halfhill as well. I agree there are no reliable routes or spawn points, just a chance. Everyone who is saying these guides are incorrect need to find a new game to play. Take into consideration your server population. Even if it is low, there is bound to be at least one other person farming it other than you.

Expect to be disappointed when farming. Otherwise you will end up rage quitting, which would actually be better for the rest of us players. I do the middle and streams in vale of eternal blossoms, i get more there than i tried in dread wastes. I do in vale though. I pull about a stack of bars every 1.

I have used plenty of these guides and they are great, i have ran this loop didnt find all that much but i have a feeling there were alot of ppl online farming it keep that in mind b4 bagging this guide out they didnt have to go to the trouble of making them for us and its not like we pay for it so shush..

Getting the white ore seems more common during the server's day time, while getting black ore seems more common during the night. I'll suspect that the rich veins play by the same ruling, albeit with a chance of the other type also 'dropping' at normal veins' chances.

This ore can be obtained indirectly by executing two steps: If you are Revered with The Tillers , plant Songbell Seed to farm Mote of Harmony yields 1 Mote per plant and eventually make Spirit of Harmony to use as currency in the next step.

Meaning that in order to collect it you have to keep mining ghost iron and then come back after the respawn. There is a rare possibility that instead of ghost iron deposits you will find these. Also mist-piercing gogles help. As mentioned below or elsewhere, you tend to get more white ore during the day and black ore at night.

The GI was then turned into bars, which, thanks to a friendly alchemist, netted me another 40 trillium bars 1 trillium bar for every 10 ghost iron bars - there is no longer a cooldown on the transmutation.

By contrast, if one can get one's hand on Spirit of Harmony, one can go to the Spirit of Harmony vendor and purchase 5 each of either white or black Trillium ore for every 1 Spirit of Harmony. For those who have found a time-friendly place to farm motes of harmony I have not, sadly , you'll need to farm 20 motes to use the vendor to get enough trillium for 2 bars. No really good news here.

Looking closely at the node you can see a black and white swirl symbol on it. If you can see the color of the rock under the vein, the ore mined will be the same color.
